On 27th of August, the Consulate-General of Japan and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) jointly hosted “Japanese Sake Lecture and Tasting Reception” in cooperation with Tokyo Food. In the seminar, Japanese Sake expert from Ozeki Corporation and staff from Tokyo Food talked about the basic of Japanese Sake. In the second part, the attendances enjoyed tasting 6 varieties of sake. Following the tasting, Q&A session was held. |
