Consulate-General of Japan in Auckland recently hosted a school group from Birkenhead College (24 students, Year 10,11,12).
They enjoyed watching DVDs about Rugby World Cup 2019 and Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic. Also they had great fun learning about Japanese food with surprisingly realistic food replicas and presentation.
We hope the students gained more deep understanding about Japanese culture through this visit!
