Meeting between Consul General Matsui and President of Auckland Japanese Supplementary School Mr Nakamura (4 July, 2023)

On 4 July 2023, Consul General Matsui exchanged views with Mr Nakamura, President of the Auckland Japanese Supplementary School.
The Auckland Japanese Supplementary School was established in July 1972 in order to provide education based on the Japanese education curriculum.
Mr Nakamura explained to Consul General Matsui the features of the school and the students’ activities.
Consul General Matsui stated that he would like to continue to cooperate with the management organizations, the Nisui-Kai (an economic organization that promotes the development of Japan-NZ economic relations) and the Japan Society of Auckland (a friendship organization for Japanese residents in the Auckland area) to contribute to the development of the educational environment at the school.
