Macleans College

On Wednesday 1 August, consulate staff visited Macleans College to meet 41 students from year 10.

We introduced Paro, the most famous therapeutic baby seal in the world. The cuddly Paro was very popular with students. Students also enjoyed watching a video clip about Japanese robotics.

Then, We talked about the difference between Kimono and Yukata (Japanese casual summer kimono) and they learnt how to wear Yukata.  They were especially enthusiastic when they got the chance to try on beautiful and colorful yukata.
