Consul General Hamada Attends Signing of Memorandum of Understanding between Hiroshima Board of Education and North Asia CAPE

On 2 December, Consul General Hamada attended the online signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding regarding education between the Hiroshima Prefectural Board of Education and North Asia Centre of Asia-Pacific Excellence (NA CAPE).
 
The Memorandum was signed by the Superintendent of Hiroshima Prefectural Board of Education Rie Hirakawa and NA CAPE Director and University of Auckland Professor Paul Clark and was witnessed by Consul General Hamada, New Zealand Ambassador to Japan Hamish Cooper and Director of Education – Japan at Education New Zealand Misako Kitaoka.
 
Through this Memorandum of Understanding, Hiroshima Prefectural Board of Education and NA CAPE will cooperate in the field of international education, starting with support for New Zealand students to study at Hiroshima Global Academy.
