Tokoroa High School

Consulate-General of Japan in Auckland had a great opportunity to visit Tokoroa High School (18students, Years 9 to 11 combined ) on Wednesday 15 March 2017.
They enjoyed the DVD " Kiwi Tsunami" which is an entertaining documentary about Japanese-speaking Kiwis living in Japan. The subjects include TV karaoke stars, a media wrangler, a shearer-showman, an enterprising caterer (all of whom live in Japan). Their stories in Japan shows how Japanese language opens doors to the future careers.
Also the students excited to try Japan's super stationery such as staple-less stapler and erasable pen.
