NOTE:
- VISA FEE is due when the visa has been issued
- Additional documentation may be required
- No documents other than your passport will be returned
- Even with possession with a visa, final permission to enter Japan remains at the discretion of the immigration authorities
- Applicants 17 years old and under don’t have to come and even the authorisation letters are not required from them as long as the parents lodge all the family members’ visa applications together. The parents can even collect their passports without the children being present when the visa assessment is completed
