Consulate-General of Japan in Auckland visited Macleans College (Two Classes - Class1:19 students Year 10, Class2:16 students Year 10) on Friday 12 June. They enjoyed learning about Japanese food with surprisingly realistic food replicas and DVD " the coloful world of Bentobako (Japanese lunch box). Also they had a lots of fun learning how to wear Yukata(Japanese traditional summer kimono), Happi(Japanese traditional coat) and Geta(Japanese traditional footwear). |
