On Tuesday 30 June 2015, Consulate Staff visited Ramarama School (Class1:25students, Year 7&8 / Class2:25students, Year 7&8).

They enjoyed DVD about Japanese traditional culture and pop culture and had a great fun with the following two workshops.
Class1: How to wear Yukata (Japanese traditional summer kimono) and Geta (traditional footwear).
Class2: Japanese Calligraphy

These visits are a popular for many schools in the Auckland region to learn about Japanese culture.
