Consulate-General of Japan in Auckland recently visited Wairau Intermediate School (Year 7&8).

The students enjoyed learning about Japanese food with a presentation and some DVDs. They loved super realistic food replica. They also had great fun trying Japanese Calligraphy.

These visits are a popular for many schools in the Auckland region to learn about Japanese culture.
